  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days

  • Delivery within Pakistan takes 6–8 business days after dispatch

  • Free shipping on orders over PKR 2000

  • International shipping not available at the moment

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

  • Earrings, sale items, and are non-returnable

  • To start a return, email support@gleamflora.com with your order number

  • If item is damaged or incorrect, email within 48 hours with clear photos

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
